I recently graduated from Western Governors University with a B.S in Information Technology, where I gained a solid foundation in various aspects of IT, from networking and cybersecurity to software development and project management. Prior to that, I earned an A.S in Cybersecurity Investigations from Manchester Community College, honing my skills in identifying and mitigating digital threats.
My passion for technology goes beyond just fixing computers or troubleshooting networks. It’s about understanding the intricacies of the digital world we live in and leveraging technology to solve complex problems and improve lives. ● Utilized remote management tools to troubleshoot advanced technical issues relating to computer hardware, software, printers, and networking for a variety of small and medium sized business clients spanning multiple industries.
